What plans are available?

Yupit offers four plans to suit different needs: Free Create up to 5 events per month with up to 25 attendees each. Includes real-time updates, email notifications, event reminders, and shareable links. Great for casual use. Power Up to 20 events per month with unlimited attendees. Adds waitlist with automatic promotion, event duplication, attendance and payment tracking, email invites, and calendar integration. Perfect for active organisers. Team Up to 50 events per month. Everything in Power, plus team collaboration with up to 3 teams and 5 organisers per team. Also includes sign-up scheduling (control when sign-ups open and close) and guest sign-ups (let attendees bring friends). Ideal for groups and clubs. Club Unlimited events, up to 30 teams, and unlimited organisers per team. Everything in Team with no limits. Built for large organisations. All plans include core features like real-time updates, email notifications, and event reminders. You can view your current plan at Settings and compare options at Pricing.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Settings and choose your plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Payment is handled securely through Stripe. Your new features are available immediately after payment.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings and click Manage subscription. This takes you to your Stripe billing portal where you can cancel. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to Settings and click Manage subscription to access the Stripe billing portal. From there you can update your credit card, change billing details, or view past invoices.
