When your event reaches capacity, new visitors see that the event is full and sign-ups are closed.
With a Power plan or higher, a waitlist is automatically enabled. New sign-ups are added to the waitlist, and if someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified by email.
